Responsibilities
- Hold and maintain the necessary licenses to pull permits and oversee work under your license.
- Collaborate with our construction team to ensure all plumbing installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
- Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances (sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, etc.)
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing problems
- Performing leak detection and repair
- Working with natural gas, propane, and oil lines (must have a valid license for each)
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
- Ensuring all work meets safety standards and adheres to plumbing codes
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor
- Minimum of 3 years residential plumbing experience
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be well organized & punctual
- Professional Presentation
- $25.00 - $40.00 based on experience
