We are looking for disciplined, 1099 Sales Partners who want to dominate the Salt Lake City market and move into a full Closing role in 3–6 weeks! Whether you are a seasoned D2D veteran or someone looking to break into the industry, our Award-Winning Sales Program is the engine of your success. We have taken individuals with zero experience and given them the elite communication skillset to change their trajectory—not just with us, but in life itself.
- Phase 1 (the proving ground): 3–6 weeks as an Appointment Setter. While you hunt and build your pipeline, you are immersed in our patented sales psychology and objection-handling systems.
- Compensation: 8% Flat Commission (Avg. $2,000 per deal).
- Phase 2 (The Promotion): Once you demonstrate mastery of our system and hit your production benchmarks, you "graduate" to Full Closer.
- Compensation: 16% Uncapped Commission (Avg. $4,000–$8,000 per deal!!!).
- The Power: You generate your own leads and close them yourself. Total control over your schedule and your paycheck!
