• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, offering product recommendations and demonstrations to enhance their experience
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor remains tidy and inviting for shoppers
• Assist with inventory management by stocking new products, conducting merchandise resets, and maintaining accurate stock levels
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns promptly, and maintaining a positive store atmosphere
• Support upselling efforts by highlighting special features or promotions of products to increase sales opportunities
• Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries or follow-up calls

• Prior experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is highly preferred
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership in a retail environment is a plus
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about features and benefits
• Bilingual skills are desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on friendly phone etiquette and customer engagement
• Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and basic retail math for inventory management
• Experience working in a grocery store or similar retail setting is advantageous
• Ability to handle cash accurately, perform retail math calculations, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity
