Sterilization Technician

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle and process products within the cleanroom environment, following written instructions and procedures to ensure proper processing and quality standards are met.
- Sanitize cleanroom equipment regularly to maintain cleanliness and precent the contamination of products.
- Adhere to proper garmenting procedures, including wearing appropriate attire and personal proactive equipment (PPE) as required by organization protocols.
-Maintain accurate documentation of processing activities, recording essential data and observations according to established procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness of immediate work areas, including workstations and equipment, to maintain a sterile environment and prevent cross contamination.
- Inspect products for defects and irregularities, documenting any discrepancies or quality issues encountered during processing.
- Effectively communicate with management regarding productions tatus, quality concern, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Adhere to cleanroom policies and standards, including cleanliness, safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to minimized risks of injury or exposure to hazardous material within the cleanroom environments.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support cleanroom operations and overall company objectives.

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues as they arise during processing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, within the ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
-Ability to lift up to 20 lbs consistently and stand on feet or extended periods of time, as required in a cleanroom environment.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime as necessary to meet production demands.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow established protocols and procedures
- Previous experience in a cleanroom environments or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required.
