Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. The position entails managing the sales pipeline, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and company objectives. The role will also involve representing Synergy Solutions at events and serving as a key ambassador for the company’s values and offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Account Management
- Experince in carwash chemistry or service repated techincal skills

- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship-building
- Strategic thinking and market analysis skills, with an ability to identify new business opportunities
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Proficiency with CRM tools and software, as well as MS Office Suite
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Previous experience in the car wash industry required
