Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction and Service Account Manager based in Nashville, TN. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, and handling any client issues or concerns. The Account Manager will also be involved in sales activities, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client account management and relationship building (5 years experience)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
