Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Skilled Direct and TTH Recruiter to work in our Bensenville location. The Skilled Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process for professional roles, negotiating and finalizing job offers, and interviewing candidates. The Skilled Recruiter will also be responsible for sourcing and maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Note: This role requires the recruiter to work in office.
Qualifications
- Experience as a recruiter in a professional or industrial staffing firm
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple professional roles
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with recruiting software (ATS)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to staffing and recruitment
- Bachelor's degree or Certification is a plus
