Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in AZ for a Solar Consultant. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including lead generation, consulting with customers on solar power options, providing top-tier customer service, and effectively communicating the benefits and details of solar energy solutions. We also offer company-generated leads for reps who demonstrated the ability to close deals consistently.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Solar Industry (2 years preferred)
- Experience in Lead Generation & Successful Installs
- Strong Communication, Closing, and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Expert in design/proposal software (Solo, Aurora, etc)
