Synergy Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is a growing outpatient clinic that strives to deliver individualized, highly specialized physical therapy to patients of all ages in North Central Iowa. Our current locations include Charles City, Mason City, Osage, Sheffield, and Northwood.
Position Summary
Synergy Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is looking for an energetic goal oriented Practice Manager to join our team of professionals. The practice manager's role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the practice and supervise the front offices and non-clinical staff across the five clinics.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and direct all aspects of front office operations in all clinics including personnel, scheduling, patient records, and insurance verification/authorization.
- Manage all clinic operations, licenses, marketing, and finances.
- Serve as billing liaison responsible for implementing billing guidelines, insurance participation, reimbursements, and denials.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, oversee all patient accounts, collections, and payments.
- Ensure credentialing of all Physical Therapists and clinics with participating insurances.
- Responsible for new employee onboarding, EMR training, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Degree in healthcare administration, business management or equivalent (preferred)
- Must possess strong knowledge of healthcare operations
- Experience in healthcare management (preferred)
