Full time is available as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Technologist performs Setups and Disconnects in the patient's home.
- Operates and manages equipment, takes detailed accurate patient history.
- Shares in the responsibility of fielding questions and troubleshooting problems during studies.
- Uploads studies and paperwork in a timely manner following Disconnects.
- Follows HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Measuring and marking using the 10/20 International System of EEG measurement.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
- Excellent communication skills and strong bedside manner.
- RESPONDS TO CHANGE: Accepts change and adapts in a positive & productive manner; handles unexpected situations/changes in direction with confidence. Views new assignments as an opportunity for growth.
- ACCOUNTABILITY: Accepts ownership of job roles and specific assignments/goals; works independently, takes responsibility for own actions; and accepts constructive feedback.
- Must effectively interact with patients, families, physicians and other health team members.
- Maintains physician confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Navigate the Windows environment, proficiency in software applications (Word, Excel, Google Docs)
