Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care - Gainesville, FL | Growing Clinic | $5,000 Signing Bonus

We are adding a third provider to our Gainesville primary care clinic and we need you now.

You will join two experienced nurse practitioners in a busy, well-supported clinic with a steady patient schedule, a four-day clinic week and a team that works together.

What we offer:

$5,000 signing bonus.

Pay is a daily base rate for every clinic day plus a productivity bonus for every work RVU you generate. Typical total pay is $105,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience and productivity.

Four-day clinic week, Monday to Thursday, 8-hour days.

Early-career and experienced nurse practitioners are welcome. Pay is set by experience.

What you will do:

Provide primary care to adult patients in our Gainesville, FL clinic, including acute visits, chronic disease management and preventive care.

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop and carry out evidence-based treatment plans.

Work alongside physicians, nurses and clinic staff as part of a collaborative care team.

Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentation.

What you bring:

An active Florida APRN license with FNP or AGPCNP certification.

Primary care or outpatient experience is preferred. New graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply.
