Synergy Medical Group is a physician-owned, statewide post-acute care group. We are looking for physicians who already have a hospital job and want extra income from flexible PRN rounding at skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), and inpatient rehab facilities (IRFs) in the Saint Augustine area.
You choose your own rounding days and times. Work a few days a month or build a full schedule around your hospital shifts. It is your call.
Compensation: Paid per RVU, no caps. The more you round, the more you earn. Our top rounders earn $25,000 to $30,000 a month.
Signing bonus: $10,000 when you start rounding with us.
Medical Director Path: physician rounders can grow into Medical Director and regional leadership roles with Synergy. Start as a rounder, become a medical director.
What you won't deal with: no corporate micromanagement, and no billing, credentialing, or contracting paperwork. Our team handles all of it.
What you'll do: round at partnered facilities, manage medically complex adult patients with acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with NPs/PAs and facility teams. You practice independently with full administrative support behind you.

Who we're looking for: MD or DO with an active Florida medical license (or eligibility). Experience managing medically complex adult patients, comfortable practicing independently, with a background in hospital medicine, internal medicine, family medicine or geriatrics. NP/PA applicants will not be reviewed for this role.
