Role Description The Case Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Provo, UT. This position is responsible for overseeing client cases from intake through resolution, ensuring all necessary information, documentation, and communication are handled accurately and on schedule. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with attorneys and other legal professionals, maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients to provide updates and gather required information. The Case Manager will document case activity in the case management system, prepare basic correspondence and summaries, and follow up with external parties such as medical providers, insurance companies, and courts as directed. This role also involves identifying potential issues in case progress, escalating concerns when necessary, and contributing to process improvements to support efficient and consistent case management.
Qualifications
- Must speak Spanish
- Prior personal injury experience 4 years
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple cases, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with clients, attorneys, and external partners in a clear, professional manner.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills for reviewing documents, identifying missing information, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Proficiency with office software and case management or CRM systems, and ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, while taking initiative and managing tasks independently.
- Experience in legal services, case management, insurance, healthcare, or a related field is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., legal studies, criminal justice, social work, business) is a plus.
