Industrial Riggers – Heavy Equipment Installation
Synergy Labor Solutions is hiring 4 experienced Industrial Riggers for a major industrial equipment installation project in De Soto, Kansas. We are seeking skilled riggers with advanced certifications and hands-on experience safely lifting, positioning, and setting heavy industrial machinery.
POSITION DETAILS
- Pay: $35.00/hour
- Per Diem: $110/day | MUST have a residential address at least 60 miles from the De Soto, KS jobsite to qualify.
- Openings: 4
- Start Dates: Thursday, October 15 & Tuesday, October 20, 2026
- Location: De Soto, KS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Rig, unload, lift, position, and set heavy industrial machinery and equipment
- Support automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) installation
- Assist with rack erection, rail installation, and equipment alignment
- Inspect rigging gear, calculate loads, and coordinate safe lifting operations
- Work alongside millwrights, equipment operators, and installation crews
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced NCCER Rigger OR NCCCO Level II certification REQUIRED
- OSHA Construction certification REQUIRED
- Proven industrial rigging and heavy equipment installation experience
- Experience operating boom lifts, scissor lifts, or other aerial lifts
- Must have required personal tools and PPE
- Must pass background check and 10-panel drug screen
- Must be available to start October 15 or October 20
