Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with senior creative leaders to convert strategy and direction into high-quality visual work
- Interpret creative guidance accurately while adding strong design judgment and refinement
- Collaborate with and mentor graphic designers through feedback and hands-on design leadership
- Maintain high standards of craft, consistency, and aesthetic quality across all outputs
- Translate brand strategy into campaigns, product stories, launch assets, and visual systems
- Help develop scalable design systems across enterprise, consumer, government, and platform channels
- Ensure all creative work reflects a premium, modern, and authoritative brand presence
- Concept and design major launch initiatives and key storytelling moments
- Produce polished, publication-level presentations, brand books, and visual narratives
- Integrate research, insights, and inspiration into creative storytelling
- Present work to senior leadership with confidence, clarity, and strategic context
- Balance exceptional quality with the speed required in a startup environment
- Deliver multiple strong creative directions for each brief, exceeding baseline expectations
- Maintain clear organization, version control, and documentation across projects
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
