Director-Level Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- At least 5 years of experience developing and implementing Marketing Technology strategy
- Salesforce Certified or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist (or higher)
- Maintain awareness of trends and developments in technology, business, MarTech, data, and regulatory landscapes
- Identify and guide optimization initiatives across the marketing technology stack, ensuring full tool utilization
- Provide mentorship and career development support to team leaders and members
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years in leadership and administration
- 5 years of experience in programming using Cocoa, Objective-C, C#, HTML, .NET, PHP, Java, or Progress
- Familiarity with relevant business domains
- Strong understanding of technology standards, architecture, design, and integration patterns
- In-depth knowledge of roles across engineering teams (e.g., product owners, release train engineers, software engineers, architects)
- Proficiency with work-item tracking tools such as TFS or Jira
- Experience delegating tasks effectively to support team efficiency
- Ability to align tactical work with strategic goals
- Skilled in strategic planning and prioritization
- Proven record of setting and achieving team goals in alignment with OKRs
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in management, leadership, and administration
- 7 years of programming experience in Cocoa, Objective-C, C#, HTML, .NET, PHP, Java, or Progress
- 5 years in a product engineering role, including software design and testing
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
