Summary: Synergy Imports is a growing promotional products company that partners with colleges and universities nationwide to deliver high-quality branded merchandise. We manage thousands of orders annually and work with a large network of domestic and international suppliers to support major campus events.
We are building a high-performing operations team and are seeking a driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented Order Management / Production Coordinator to oversee the lifecycle of customer orders from order placement through final delivery. This is a critical role that directly impacts customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and the company's reputation. This is not a passive or clerical role. It is a fast-paced, execution-focused position for someone who takes ownership, anticipates issues, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
What does the position entail?
- Communicate via phone/email with suppliers to ensure all domestic and international orders have been received by our suppliers, ship and deliver on time
- Communicate relevant order-related updates to our account managers
- Utilize industry-specific software to manage all orders from origination through delivery
- Email order tracking information to customers
- Work with suppliers to resolve production issues such as supplier errors, delays or remakes
- Work with FEDEX and UPS to resolve shipping issues and keep Account Managers informed
- Write and manage repeat orders
- Work closely with Account Managers, Operations Leadership and AP / AR
- Assist AP / AR during peak workload period to help maintain our high level of customer service
- Repackage and ship orders
- Order office supplies and ship product samples
Qualifications:

- 5 years of post-college or 10 years of post-high school work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills – you can move through programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) efficiently
Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F. This is an in-office position - NOT remote.
Salary: $62,500/yr
