Urgent Need for CNA/HHA/PCA - 12 Hour Shifts

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Medfield, MA. We are looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers who are comfortable providing hands-on support during longer shifts and want reliable weekly pay.

What We Offer

• $20 to $22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individual care plans and established routines

• Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Able to commit to longer shifts when scheduled
