What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Dementia Caregiver position at SYNERGY HomeCare?
Are you a skilled caregiver with extensive dementia/Alzheimer's experience? SYNERGY HomeCare Barrington is seeking skilled dementia caregivers to assist our clients in the following areas:
Barrington - 8am-8pm 7 days a week. Client speaks Spanish, Portuguese and French. She speaks English but due to the progressing dementia she reverts to the abovementioned languages.
Barrington - 8am-4pm 6 days a week. Client prefers a peaceful, calm environment. Caregiver must provide transportation.
Algonquin - 10:30am-5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Full personal Care
Huntley - 1pm-4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Client prefers a calm environment.

Requirements of the Position:
Pass a criminal background check with no disqualifications
Have authorization to work in the US
Have reliable transportation
Ability to follow plan of care and have the skills provide assistance with all ADL's
