We are a high-volume, mission-driven agency, delivering over 2,200 hours of care per week to 77 active clients, with a strong emphasis on continuity of care, compliance, and operational excellence.We are seeking an experienced Scheduling & Staffing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of real-time decision-making in home care operations.Position OverviewThe Scheduling & Staffing Coordinator is a mission-critical role responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, responding to urgent staffing needs, and serving as a primary communication hub between caregivers, clients, and internal leadership.This role directly supports client safety, continuity of care, and compliance with Maryland OHCQ (RSA Level 1) regulations.
