As an on-call caregiver, you’ll have the opportunity to support clients when their regularly scheduled caregiver is unavailable. This role is perfect for caregivers who enjoy flexibility, variety, and making a difference when it matters most.
We are seeking dependable on-call caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency and support vulnerable members of our community.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $19–$22 per hour
Direct deposit
Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays

Your Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical care, including companionship and social engagement
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Build positive, professional relationships with clients, families, and team members
Arrive on time and reliably cover assigned shifts
Gain experience by working with a variety of clients and care needs
