Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Live-In Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional one-on-one care in a client’s home. Candidates must have a strong skilled nursing background and be comfortable assisting with wound care, and providing high-quality personal care.

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate live-in care and supervision.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition.
Assist with medication reminders and prescribed care plans.
Perform wound care according to the physician’s orders and agency protocols (required experience).
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed.
Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care.
Communicate effectively with family members, physicians, and the care team.
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the client.
Qualifications
Home Health Aide (HHA)
Active Home Health Aide Certification.
Minimum of 2 years of home care or skilled nursing experience.
Demonstrated experience assisting with wound care under nurse supervision.
Experience caring for clients with complex medical needs.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Reliable, compassionate, and professional.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospice, rehabilitation, or long-term care.
Experience with diabetic care, chronic wound management, and post-surgical recovery.
Ability to work independently in a home setting.
