SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNA and HHA caregivers in Franklin, MA. We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who are ready to provide personalized in-home care and support clients with their everyday needs.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individual care plans and established routines

• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts
