Healthcare Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator (Home Care)

What You’ll Do
Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are filled
Communicate clearly with clients and caregivers about schedules and changes
Manage call-offs, shift coverage, and time-off requests
Support hiring efforts (interviews, onboarding, orientation coordination)
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Maintain accurate scheduling and employee records
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office, Eagan)
Shared on-call rotation (approx. 2 nights/week) with support
What We’re Looking For
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Experience in scheduling, staffing, or coordination preferred
Home care or healthcare experience preferred (not required)
Recruiting or hiring experience is a plus
