What You’ll Do
As a Home Care Aide, you’ll make a real difference every day by helping clients maintain comfort, safety, and independence at home. Your responsibilities include:
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Support daily living activities (meal prep, light housekeeping, errands)
Provide medication reminders and mobility assistance
Observe and report client changes
Communicate with families and care team as needed
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year caregiving experience preferred (training available)
Compassionate, reliable, and good communication skills
Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 25 lbs)
Valid driver’s license and transportation preferred
Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends)
