Synergy HomeCare of Northeast Chicago is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our private-pay home care services throughout the Chicagoland area.
We are looking for a relationship-driven professional with experience developing referral partnerships and generating new client opportunities within the senior care industry.
Key referral sources include:
✅ VA Social Workers and Veteran Organizations
✅ Long-Term Care Insurance Companies and Claims Specialists
✅ Elder Law and Estate Planning Attorneys
✅ Financial Planners and Wealth Advisors
✅ Hospital Discharge Planners and Case Managers
✅ Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facilities
✅ Home Health and Hospice Agencies
✅ Assisted Living Communities
✅ Geriatric Care Managers
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain referral relationships
• Conduct community outreach and networking
• Attend healthcare and senior-focused events
• Generate qualified assessments and client referrals
• Maintain referral activity and pipeline tracking
Preferred Qualifications:
• Home care, home health, hospice, or healthcare sales experience
• Existing referral network within the Chicago senior care market
• Knowledge of VA Aid & Attendance benefits
• Understanding of Long-Term Care Insurance claims
• Experience with private-pay home care services
