Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable CNA/HHA to provide short shifts of in-home care to our clients in Newton, MA. As a Home Care Aide, you will make a real difference every day by helping clients maintain comfort, safety, and independence at home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Support daily living activities (meal prep, light housekeeping, errands)

• Provide medication reminders and mobility assistance

• Observe and report client changes

• Communicate with families and care team as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year caregiving experience preferred (training available)

• Compassionate, reliable, and good communication skills

• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 25 lbs)

• Valid driver's license and transportation preferred

• Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends)
