As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and clients
- Provide reliable care by being on-time and consistently covering your shifts
- Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and activities of daily living
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers

Qualifications (each are helpful, but not required)
- Experience in caregiving or patient care
- Familiarity with homecare, assisted living or long-term care environments
- Skilled assisting others with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in care environments
- Knowledge of social work principles and community care practices
- Experience helping others improve their quality of life
