Role Description The Director of Client Care and Growth is a full-time, on-site role based in Ellicott City, MD, responsible for overseeing client care operations while driving business development and community outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing care plans, supervising and supporting caregiving staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with agency standards and regulatory requirements. This role leads client onboarding and assessments, maintains strong relationships with clients and families, and promptly addresses concerns to enhance satisfaction and retention.
