WEEKDAY PCA

We are looking for morning, afternoon and weekend shift coverage for our West St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, Mendota Heights, Eagan, Rosemount, Cannon Falls, and Farmington locations.

As a Personal Care Assistant, PCA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Provide personal care to clients as needed

• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts

  
  

  Qualifications we are looking for:

• Valid drivers license

• A reliable vehicle to get to and from the client's residence

• Someone who is kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and has good communication skills

• Previous experience working in the health field

• Physical requirements: Use of hands, wrists and fingers; ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds; ability to bend, twist and stoop

Shifts vary in length from 1 hour up to 24 hours.
