JOB TITLE: Mental Health Therapist
STATUS: Contractual/Part-Time

We are seeking a Contractual/Part-Time Mental Health Clinician to join our team on a fee-for-service basis. This role is ideal for an experienced therapist looking for flexibility while providing high-quality, specialized clinical care to a diverse client base.
- Clinical Assessment: Perform comprehensive mental health screenings, initial assessments, and clinical diagnoses.
- Direct Treatment: Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions (CBT, Solution-Focused, etc.) for mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
- Person-Centered Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans (PCPs) with measurable goals and objectives.
- Crisis Management: Deliver immediate clinical support and intervention for clients in distress or at risk.
- Documentation Compliance: Maintain professional standards by completing assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
- Community Advocacy: Facilitate referrals and connect clients with external resources to support community integration and independence.
Education & Licensing:
- Master’s Degree in a mental health or behavioral science field.
- Current Michigan Licensure: Must hold an LMSW, LLP, LPC, LLMSW, LLPC in good standing.
- Bilingual Advantage: Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish or other languages) are highly encouraged to apply. Preferred not mandatory
