Customer Service / Sales Admin

Synergy Florida is seeking an Administrative Professional for our Tampa area office. The Sales Admin position will provide support for the Sales and Operations functions of our company. Prior experience in Residential Construction, Security, Cable, and/or Audio-Visual Industry is highly desired. This is a full-time, hourly position (Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM). Starting Amount of $20.00 per hour based upon experience.”

This position will work in our new Business Development Division of Outside Sales that is dedicated to delivering in-home presentations on Synergy Florida’s Smart Home Security and Audio/Video solutions to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to relate well with clients and fellow team members. In addition, they must possess strong attention to details. This role requires someone who can multitask under pressure, while answering inbound phone calls and scheduling client appointments The ability to quickly learn new processes, procedures, and software is key to being successful in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or the equivalent
Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background check process (includes drug-screen)
Possess a minimum 2 - 3 years of Sales Administration as well as relevant Industry Experience (Construction, Audio/Visual, Security Systems, Cable, etc.)

Basic Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Sales Administrative Duties

· New-buyer appointment scheduling and set-up of home-owner files

· Monitoring of all necessary forms for accuracy, signatures, and dates

· Scanning and submitting forms to builders as required

· Linking scanned documents to Tigerpaw System

· Enter pending monitoring-jobs and forward to scheduling

· Maintain the Commission Spreadsheets for System-Designers, checking for required supporting documents and accuracy

· Research Purchase Order issues and discrepancies as needed by Accounting Department

· Schedule and assist as needed with Builder Open Houses

Front-desk Duties: Welcome Customers to the Design Center · Answer a high-volume of incoming telephone calls · Accept & sign for package deliveries (UPS, Federal Express, etc.) · Route packages to appropriate person
