Helpdesk Support TechnicianCarlsbad, CAWe are currently hiring for a Helpdesk Support Technician in the Carlsbad, CA area for a contract opportunity. Primarily a Windows environment.IT support will consist of the following tasks:The candidate shall provide hardware/software configuration of desktop, laptop, thin clients, mobile devices and printer/scanner devices as required by DLA standards.Office 365The candidate shall resolve IT Incidents assigned to their workload queuesBe able to help and assist a large company with desktop computers or the company's network.The duties range from remote desktop assistance to providing support over the telephone to troubleshooting issues that arise with computers.Helpdesk Support Technician Preferred Qualification:CompTia CertifiedHelpdesk Support Technician Pay Rate:$19-22/hour Depending on experienceHelpdesk Support Technician Shift :8am-5pm
