Position Overview:
Are you a master of the miter saw? A wizard with wiring? We’re on the lookout for a skilled Shop Carpenter who’s ready to dive into some seriously creative projects. Whether you’re crafting custom interiors, this role has you covered. You’ll be working with our rockstar designers and project managers to bring our clients’ visions to life—one perfectly cut board at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Get hands-on with finish carpentry: cutting, shaping, and installing with precision.
- Tackle electrical wiring and lighting installations like a pro.
- Collaborate with our design team to make sure every project hits the mark.
- Decode blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings—your way to navigate the creative chaos.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized because, let’s be real, nobody likes a messy shop!
- Play it safe by following all safety guidelines and regulations (we’ve got your back!).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a finish carpenter with a portfolio that makes us go “wow!”
- Solid skills in electrical wiring and lighting installation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings..
- A keen eye for detail and craftsmanship—because you know it’s the little things that make a big difference.
- A team player who can also tackle projects solo when needed.
- Problem-solving skills that would make MacGyver jealous.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a shop environment.
