Synergy Companies is looking for a new Weatherizations to join our Fresno team. Being a part of the Synergy team allows you to help people in need in your community. You'll have the daily opportunity to hep change someone's life by making their homes more comfortable, safer, and more energy efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues and Residential dwellings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Replace showerheads 
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Perform minor HVAC duct repairs and use duct leakage testing equipment
• Perform blower door testing for shell leakage
• Minor electrical repairs , fan installation 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment 
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Wx Certified (Bonus)
• NGAT Certification (Bonus)
• Detail originated with paperwork
