Synergy Companies is looking for a new Weatherization specialist to join our Stockton team. Being a part of the Synergy team allows you to help people in need in your community. Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues on residential dwellings
• Complete maintenance and repair, work orders, in a timely fashion
• Replace shower heads and aerators 
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Perform other duties, and assigned 
• Perform minor HVAC duct repair and use duct leakage testing equipment 
• Perform blower door testing for shell leakage
• Minor electrical repairs , fan installation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment 
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Wx Certified  (Required)
• NGAT Certification (Required)
• Detail oriented with paperwork
