What You’ll Be Doing
The Hardware Store Manager oversees all hardware store operations for the assigned location. The position hires, supervises, and trains staff along with managing day to day operations, maintaining store standards, providing excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. Hardware Store Managers set an example of customer service, focus, and leadership.

What We Need from You
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of retail management experience
- Proven ability to reduce costs and increase profitability
- Two or more years of supervisory experience desired
Bonus Points if You Have
- Post-secondary education in business or another related field
- Experience working in agricultural or cooperative environments
