What You’ll Be Doing
You will greet guests, run the register, make purchase suggestion, respond to phone inquiries, and stock and maintain inventory. There is never a dull moment as you will be working around the store (inside and out) in many different areas to help maintain our high standards for store appearance and provide an outstanding experience for our customers…they have come to expect it!
You will work with a fun, energetic team that knows how to have fun and accomplish their daily tasks at the same time.

What We Need from You
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Schedule flexibility - including week days and occasional Saturdays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Bonus Points if You Have
- Retail experience
- Knowledge of hardware product lines
- Cash handling/cash register experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A drive to grow your career within the cooperative!
