What You'll Be Doing
This position performs an exciting variety of duties inside and outside the Ashland facility which may include general mill operations of mixing, bagging and loading feed, helping and loading product for customers, cleaning and general safety and mill maintenance.

What We Need from You
- A driving record that is acceptable for commercial liability insurance
- 1-2 years of equipment mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience
- 1-2 years of welding experience
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions with extended work hours in peak season
- Ability to exert 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and 25-50 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
- Comfortable with climbing up to 140 feet
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bonus Points if You Have
- Agricultural background with related experience operating agricultural equipment
- Associate degree or technical certificate in related field desired
