Synergy Care is looking for a qualified FT Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant for an open Home Health position in Shreveport, LA. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player.
This is an hourly position with full benefits

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months.
