Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time | Outpatient AL/IL Setting | Lake Charles, LA

Synergy Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position at an assisted living/independent living (AL/IL) community with an onsite outpatient clinic in Lake Charles, LA.
