Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) / Rehab Director to join our team in an outpatient clinic setting in Russellville, Arkansas.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must:

Be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or expected to graduate within 6 months)

Hold a valid NBCOT certification
