Fort Collins, Colorado | Full-time, salaried | Hybrid, four days in office

Salary: $60,000 to $85,000

Most marketing roles ask you to invent the strategy first, then hope someone lets you build it.  This one is the opposite.  The positioning is set, the voice is documented, and the plan is clear.  I'm hiring the person who turns all of that into work the market sees, and owns it from concept to published. This isn't a role where you inherit a mature marketing department.  You'll help build what marketing becomes here, working directly with me, with no layer between ideas and execution.  You'd own production end to end and watch it move the firm's growth.

What You'll Do

Partner with the firm's subject-matter experts to turn their expertise into work the market actually sees. You'll produce LinkedIn content, edit short-form video and podcast clips featuring the firm's leaders, build WordPress landing pages and HubSpot campaigns, create presentations and a quarterly publication, and develop the marketing behind three conferences each year. You'll own production from source material through publication within a strategy and voice that are already established.

What You'll Bring

You've done this before, at an agency or as a marketing lead, and your portfolio proves it more than your title does.  You write clearly, build a polished page, work in Canva or Adobe, edit short-form video, and read your own analytics.  You're a strong producer and a capable generalist:  you carry an idea across the line yourself, and you know exactly when a photographer or developer will make it better.

Claude and ChatGPT are how we work here, every day.  We use them to research, draft, argue with, and revise, and the person always owns the result.  Used well, they're leverage, and they're part of how this role produces institutional-quality work without an institutional grind. If you already work this way, you'll feel at home.  If you'd rather not, this isn't your seat.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary $60,000 to $85,000, plus employer-sponsored health insurance with employee premium participation, a 401(k) with match, paid time off, and professional development assistance.  Hybrid in Fort Collins, four days in the office and one at home.
