Sourcing Specialist

We are recruiting a high-caliber, execution-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join a critical stabilization project. If you are a procurement professional who thrives on "administrative grit" and high-volume contract remediation, this is the mission for you.

The Mission

You will be the engine behind the execution, focusing on a significant backlog of expired and informal agreements to reduce operational, financial, and audit risks. This role is about structured execution, governance, and closing historical gaps in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Remediation: Prepare and remediate Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and amendments.
• Process Execution: Drive documents through the finish line by coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Global Operations.
• Data Integrity: Audit vendor spend and contract coverage to identify gaps or near-term expiration risks.
• Liaison Support: Serve as the point of contact between global vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve documentation bottlenecks.
• Governance: Maintain centralized records and update sourcing trackers to provide leadership with real-time visibility.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 3 years in sourcing, procurement, or contract administration.
• Domain Expertise: Specific experience in Ground Transportation, Logistics, or Mobility Services is essential.
• Technical Grip: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and data validation; experience with contract management systems (CMS) is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills while maintaining professional urgency.
• The "Grit" Factor: High attention to detail with an aggressive approach to follow-up and task completion.
