🔹 What You’ll Do
- Define and own enterprise-wide AI technical architecture, standards, and long-term technology strategy.
- Lead complex, high-impact AI transformations across the organization.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, distributed AI/ML systems while remaining hands-on with coding.
- Establish enterprise AI governance, responsible AI practices, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Serve as a trusted AI subject matter expert and strategic advisor to executive leadership.
- Drive architectural decisions across cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and AI infrastructure.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and guide strategic investments in next-generation solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and AI specialists while developing future technical leaders.
- Promote engineering excellence, scalability, security, reliability, and responsible AI adoption.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in software engineering and applied AI.
- Strong, hands-on Python development expertise.
- Proven experience designing and architecting scalable, distributed AI systems.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, enterprise architecture, and production-scale AI solutions.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and modern software architecture.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale AI initiatives and complex technical transformations.
- Experience establishing AI governance, responsible AI practices, and technical standards.
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, executive communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Ability to balance long-term technical vision with hands-on engineering execution.
