We are seeking a Program Assistant to join our growing Behavioral Health team at our UChicago Medicine Ingalls at Flossmoor program. We are looking for a team player will positive energy and a focus on customer service. The Program Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Outpatient Behavioral Health Programs. The Program Assistant will greet patients and visitors, verify insurances, and schedule new patients. This position includes performing clerical duties, maintaining charts and managing therapists schedules. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and is a strong team player who cares about providing great customer services to our clients and staff.
High school diploma or GED is required; Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Experience in a Health Care Setting with Electronic Medical Record is preferred.
Work schedule: This is a part time position with hours Monday through Friday.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
