Job Summary
We are seeking an entry- to mid-level Data Analyst to support project controls reporting and data integration efforts. The analyst will use Microsoft Power BI and related tools to transform cost, schedule, and performance data into meaningful insights for project teams and leadership. This role supports U.S. Government project work and therefore requires U.S. citizenship.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, page navigation, and semantic models for project controls.
- Develop measures and ensure consistency with report filters.
- Clean, transform, and validate data from cost, schedule, financial, and asset systems.
- Support monthly project reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
- Work with project managers, schedulers, and analysts to define reporting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and security of Power BI assets, datasets, and workspaces.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a data analyst, BI analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and data modeling fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship required (due to work on U.S. Government projects).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data integration or ETL tools.
- Knowledge of project controls, EVM, TCM, or project management fundamentals.
- Familiarity with systems like Primavera P6, SAP/Workday, or asset management platforms.
- Basic SQL skills or experience with relational databases.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
