TITLE: Marketing Specialist

LOCATION: New York, NY

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 08/01/2026 to 03/01/2027

Responsibilities:

• Drive mid-size or large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and programs.
• Develop comprehensive internal and external promotion plans to enhance awareness and drive generation, collaborating with growth, content, and design teams.
• Analyze data to uncover new marketing opportunities and audience insights.
• Implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement across social, on-network, and off-network media channels.
• Work with senior marketing leadership to develop project strategies and objectives, and oversee initiatives to meet goals related to drive generation and customer advocacy.
• Engage media agencies to elevate their work and ensure content quality that reflects the brand voice.
• Act as a subject matter expert, developing standards for advertising and aligning strategic efforts across marketing teams globally.
• Analyze, track, and report on campaign ROI using customer relationship management (CRM) or project management systems.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to maximize campaign impact.
• Manage large-scale media planning, partnering with global media teams to scale strategies effectively.
• Develop and analyze creative social media content, social selling initiatives, and activation strategies.
• Develop external relationships with venues, suppliers, agencies, and platforms, including contract negotiations and AV planning.
• Lead communication strategies to amplify media and public engagement across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in media placement, social media, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong skills in affinity and adaptability, creativity, influencer marketing, event management, communication, SEO, deal negotiation, consumer behavior, and data analysis.
• Experience in project management and team management.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $85.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
