Job Description:
- Proven proficiency in project management and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of growth strategies, consumer behavior, and social media platforms.
- Experience with media planning, SEO, and influencer collaborations.
- Excellent communication skills and creativity.
- Ability to negotiate and foster strong media and agency partnerships.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and campaign ROI reporting.
- Prior involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives within marketing.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, or a similar role.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
