We are looking for skilled and motivated Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems and networking equipment. This role requires an understanding of computer networking, field service operations, and hands-on technical skills to ensure seamless connectivity for our clients.
Requirements
- This is a 1099 position.
- Clear background check, free of misdemeanors and felonies for the last 7 years
- Clear 5 panel drug screening
- Daily use of Truck, Van or SUV to haul 20'-24' ladder, equipment and tools
- Tools & Installation Materials
- Valid / Active Driver's License
- Active DirecTV technician certification ID # (Training provided)
- Active Amazon technician certification ID # (Training provided)
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain an active DirecTV Technician certification ID #
- Complete and maintain an active Amazon Technician certification ID #
- Install and configure telecommunications equipment, including cabling, modems/routers, and other networking devices
- Ensure proper connectivity for various telecommunication systems
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed systems to ensure optimal performance
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete installations efficiently and safely
- Provide field service support by responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues on-site
- Document installation processes, service calls, and any modifications made to existing systems
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction
Skills
- Experience with telecommunication systems installation and maintenance. We will train
- Familiarity with cabling standards and installation best practices
- Ability to effectively use hand tools and specialized equipment for installations
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
